How does a direct enquiry work?
You send your dates. Maria checks the operational calendar before confirming anything. No payment or instant booking is enabled on this site.
Do I have to arrive by car?
No. Parking is an optional extra for guests arriving by car. Public transport is nearby, and Metro M3 / Dózsa György út is explained in the transport details.
What would direct cancellation look like later?
Direct booking is not live yet. The approved future direction is parity with the equivalent Booking Standard Rate: Flexible – 14 days. Normal cancellation needs no reason; 14+ days before arrival would carry a €0 contractual cancellation fee, inside 14 days the contractual fee would be 100%. A discretionary waiver request inside the charged period may ask for a short reason. Exact no-show treatment is still unverified and will not be invented.
Is the ordinary 14-day online withdrawal right the same thing?
No. For a future date-specific accommodation contract, the ordinary statutory 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply under 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 29. § (1) l). That statutory rule is separate from Maria’s contractual cancellation policy.
